A TV spot wasn’t enough for a story like this – we wanted to make it real.

So we brought “Throw It Forward” to the Baseball for All Nationals – setting up a space where the community could step in and take part. Parents, coaches, and players wrote messages directly onto baseballs, words of encouragement and support for women in the game.

But along with the positive messages came the ones they’ve heard before

“You don’t belong.”
“You’re not strong enough.”

So we leaned into that reality, showing how these girls take those words and turn them into strength, into passion, into fuel to
Prove Them Wrong.

250 baseballs at Nationals was just the beginning..

We wanted anyone with a phone and a story to be part of it, so we built a digital experience where
people could write a message on a virtual baseball and throw it forward – baseballforall.com

Girls are told baseball is just a phase, so we created a campaign to rewrite that narrative. Throw It Forward reimagines the game’s most iconic symbol – the baseball – as a platform for handwritten messages, turning every ball into proof that a future in women’s baseball is real and within reach. At a time when women receive just 4% of sports media coverage, the campaign amplifies their voices and challenges the idea that they don’t belong in the game.
