A TV spot wasn’t enough for a story like this

So we brought “Throw It Forward” to the Baseball for All Nationals – setting up a space where the community could step in and take part. Parents, coaches, and players wrote messages directly onto baseballs, words of encouragement and support for women in the game.

But along with the positive messages came the ones they’ve heard before

“You don’t belong.”
“You’re not strong enough.”

So we leaned into that reality, showing how these girls take those words and turn them into strength, into passion, into fuel to
Prove Them Wrong.

250+ signed baseballs at Nationals was just the beginning..

We wanted anyone with a phone and a story to be part of it, so we built a digital experience where
people could write a message on a virtual baseball and throw it forward – baseballforall.com

Girls are often told baseball is just a phase, a hobby. That there’s no real future for them in the game.

We wanted to show young girls they’re valued in the game – and there’s nothing more valuable in baseball than a signed ball.

So we invited players, fans, and the biggest stars in the sport to sign baseballs with messages of encouragement, reminding girls that they belong.
